A Feast of Words and Flavours

Sunday at Beltana Farm was one of those picture perfect spring days, 28 degrees, clear skies, not a breath of wind. The kind of day made for long lunches. We welcomed chefs Hao Chen from Raku and Tristan Rebbettes from Lunetta to collaborate with our Beltana team for a three course feast celebrating local food and stories.
Over lunch, guests heard from author Chris Hansen and journalist Emma Macdonald in a lively discussion about Canberra’s dining scene. It was a day of shared tables, relaxed conversation, and a wonderful group of guests who brought such warmth and energy to the farm.
