Melbourne Cup 2025
Melbourne Cup at Beltana Farm may have brought a chill and a little rain, but inside, spirits were high. Sheltered behind the floor to ceiling glass, we all enjoyed a race day party in true comfort and style. Oysters and champagne flowed freely, laughter filled the room, and the horses ran on the big screen. A perfect celebration, rain and all.
Here’s to doing it all again next year.
A Feast of Words and Flavours
Sunday at Beltana Farm was one of those picture perfect spring days, 28 degrees, clear skies, not a breath of wind. The kind of day made for long lunches. We welcomed chefs Hao Chen from Raku and Tristan Rebbettes from Lunetta to collaborate with our Beltana team for a three course feast celebrating local food and stories.
Truffle season 2025
This year’s truffle season kicked off in style, with an outdoor BBQ and firepits under the stars, the perfect way to welcome winter back to the farm. From there, it only got better.
Lunch in the Leaves
Golden light, crisp air, and good company—our Lunch in the Leaves at Beltana Farm was everything an autumn afternoon should be. With the mercury sitting at a gentle 23 degrees, guests settled in under the canopy of turning leaves for a long, generous lunch that celebrated the season.
Plates were passed, rosé flowed freely, and conversation wove through the tables. It was a day for slowing down, soaking it all in, and sharing something simple and special with old friends—and a few new ones too.
