Season launch
After Dark Truffle Fest

Friday 20th June - 6:00pm - 10:00pm
Firepits, outdoor BBQ, uplit truffle trees, and a meal by the fireplace will make this season launch party one to remember.
We’ll begin on the indoor/outdoor terrace, sipping and nibbling on canapés and starers as twilight settles. Beyond, the trees of our truffière glow under gentle lights, where you’re invited to sip wine around flickering fire pits. Our chefs will be firing up the outdoor BBQ, fully embracing the crisp Canberra winter under the moonlit sky.
Later, we move indoors for a shared feast of main courses and sides, finished with an always exciting and truffle filled dessert. Throughout the evening, Alice O’Mara, Farmer at Beltana Farm, will guide you through the mysteries and marvels of truffle season—sharing stories, tips, and the legacy of these sought-after treasures which have been laden through the menu.

Experience the highlight of Canberra’s truffle season at Beltana Farm, where you’ll unearth exquisite black truffles on a guided hunt before gathering for a shared long-table feast in our restaurant. The price covers the hunt and lunch, with drinks available to purchase on the day.
Hunt & cooking masterclass

$150pp for hunt, class & taster
Join us for a truffle hunting experience followed by a culinary masterclass. Begin with a guided hunt through our truffière, where you'll learn to unearth these prized delicacies. Afterward, watch a cooking demonstration showcasing innovative ways to incorporate truffles into your dishes at home. Enjoy a sample of a home style recipe paired with a glass of sparkling wine.

Rise early at Beltana Farm for our morning ‘Hunt and Hamper’ adventure, where you’ll uncover premium black truffles among the dewy fields. Afterwards, take home a special hamper featuring a taste of truffle.

Experience the magic of truffle hunting at dusk with our Twilight Hunt and BBQ. As the sun sets, join our guided hunt to discover truffles in the soft evening light. Afterward, gather around the outdoor BBQ to savour a truffle-infused snack prepared by our chefs, accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine.
