Winter is our favourite time of year.
From early June through mid August, the ground beneath our 800+ oak and hazelnut trees gives up its best kept secret, and we build the entire season around it.
This year there are four ways in. Join a guided hunt and stay for a long shared lunch. Learn to cook with truffle in an intimate kitchen masterclass. Chase the last light on a twilight hunt with BBQ snacks and a glass of something cold. Or kick the whole thing off with us at After Dark Truffle Fest, our opening night celebration under the winter sky.
However you come, expect cold air, warm fires, very good dogs, and food that starts in the dirt and ends on the plate. Bookings are limited across all events, the truffles won't wait, and neither should you.

Truffle season at Beltana Farm runs from early June through mid-August — and once it's gone, it's gone. Every event is limited in numbers, and the best dates fill fast.
