After Dark Truffle Fest – Season Launch

Join us to celebrate the start of truffle season under the winter moon. Begin with canapés on our indoor/outdoor terrace, then venture into the softly lit truffière, where fire pits crackle and our chefs sizzle treats on the outdoor BBQ. Next, gather indoors for shared mains and sides, finished with a decadent plated dessert. Throughout the evening, Farmer Alice O’Mara will share insights into the magic of Beltana’s treasured truffles. Hunt & Hamper: Start your morning with a guided truffle hunt across our dewy fields, unearthing premium black truffles. After the hunt, take home a special hamper featuring a taste of truffle to enjoy at your leisure.
Hunt & Lunch: Join us for a guided truffle hunt, then gather around our long table for a shared feast in our restaurant. The menu showcases the exquisite black truffles you've helped to find.
Hunt & cooking masterclass: Join us for a truffle hunting experience followed by a culinary masterclass. Begin with a guided hunt through our truffière, where you'll learn to unearth these prized delicacies. Afterward, watch a cooking demonstration showcasing innovative ways to incorporate truffles into your dishes at home. Enjoy a sample of a home style recipe paired with a glass of sparkling wine.
Twilight Hunt & Outdoor BBQ: Experience the magic of truffle hunting at dusk with our Twilight Hunt and BBQ. As the sun sets, join our guided hunt to discover truffles in the soft evening light. Afterward, gather around the outdoor BBQ to savour a truffle-infused snack prepared by our chefs, accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine.
