Winter is our favourite time of year, and this is how we kick it off.
On Friday 3 July, Beltana Farm opens truffle season 2026 with an evening unlike anything else in the region. After Dark Truffle Fest is our annual opening night celebration, a one night only feast built around the first harvest of the season, served under the winter sky at Pialligo.
The evening begins with BBQ snacks from the outdoor grill and bites straight from the kitchen, alongside the warm glow of firepits. Then you’ll take your seat for a shared main course with seasonal sides, followed by individual desserts.
Price is for the menu only, with drinks available for purchase on the night.
This is the night the farm comes alive. It’s loud, it’s fun, and the truffles have never been fresher. Bookings are limited and this event sells fast.
